Since 1984   Designer of hand-knitting and embroidery.

1992   Travelling exhibit of 30 hand-
knitted items.
Designing embroideries with Mayan woman in Mexico.

1993-98   Working for the weekly magazine "Søndag" as an editing designer of needlework.

1999   Started my own kit-collection.

2000   My first book "Dominostrikk" was published in Norway.

2001   "Dominostrikk" was translated and published in Denmark and Sweden.
My second book "Domino-Knitting" was published in Japan.
Exhibition in Textilforum in Herning, a textile museum in Denmark.

2002   "Domino-Knitting" published in the US.
Fall - 7 weeks Tour in the US, promoting the book and teaching Domino-Knitting.

From 2002   Extensive travelling in the US - teaching etc. 

2004   Started working together with Harrisville Designs in New Hampshire on a kit-collection.
August - my third book: "Politikens Strikke- og Hæklebog" was published in Denmark. It is a "bible" on how to knit and crochet etc.
November - "Shadow-Knitting", my fourth book was published in the US.

2005   "Shadow-Knitting" was published in Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
The kits from Harrisville were presented at the TNNA in June and the first kits were shipped to the shops in august.

2006-2007 Working on the next book for Interweave - and teaching in Denmark as well as in the US. Year 2007 ended up with an exhibition and a  2 week trip to Japan.

2008 This year I have planned to visit the US 4 times and my book: "Knit to be Square" will be out in the Fall. I am working with a book for Japan as well and it will be out by the end of the year.

2009 Lots of travelling (US and even Japan). I designed a new colorline with 64 colors for Harrisville Designs.

2010 Is the year where the new colorline for Harrisville is a reality. First halfe year I consentrated on Denmark (and Iceland, Sweden etc.). I will be in the US teaching in October and I am one of the Opening Day Speakers at Stitches East.
